Salted Maple Tahini Smoothie

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup roasted cauliflower
  • 1 cup soy (or other) milk
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1tsp tahini
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1tsp cinnamon powder
  • pinch of salt
  • Optional boosters:
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1 tsp lions mane mushroom powder
  • 5g creatine
  • Then simply blend until creamy

Smoothies are an excellent way to sneak in extra nutrients! If you are short on time but high on energy and mental demands then make sure you are nourishing and refilling your cup with enough goodness to see you through.
