Who are you working with?

Having completed my first fitness course in 2014, I have been on fire for health and the good life ever since. Not just a passion. It’s purpose. I feel beyond grateful that I get to spend my days helping people move, feel, sleep and work better.


The AIPT’s Personal Training and Precision Nutrition’s certification and courses were just the start! From there I have completed more courses including:

I believe in balance, moderation, reading widely and having a rich and full life with other interests and hobbies.
