Want to train with your friend/partner? Just add $30 to turn it into a couple’s session!
Additional Services include:
- Home visits within the suburbs of Elwood or Brighton for a flat travel and time fee of $15
- Athletic development and injury prevention programs for under 16s
How do I personalise your Premium Training?
My approach has you as a unique individual at its core, from the start.
- I get to know you and your goals, what your life is like and how we can harmonise the two so you can live the good life, in the real world.
- Our first session consists of movement assessments so I can build a plan that is tailored to you, addressing any pain, postural issues or imbalances. Your exercises will always be customised to you!
- Technique, form and joint alignment are paramount for increasing your power, strength and endurance while avoiding injury. This strategy will see you hitting goals well into your old age!
